Aichi-ken Hotels Japan

Aichi-ken is a prefecture of Japan located in the T?kai region and is situated in the centre of the Japanese main island of Honsh?. One of the cities in this area – Tokoname is home to the top producer of Japanese teapots in Japan. It’s a city with wonderful, traditional “walkways” and old kilns. Also while in Tokoname, in Aichi-ken, you should try to visit the Inax, Live Museum which houses a fascinating “Soil and mud Museum”. Take time out to see Handa City in Aichi-ken, famous for the local brewing of traditional Sake and clothes, in a thriving textile industry.

Aichi-ken is also home to a Danish Theme park in Anjo City, where you will also be able to visit Den Beer, a micro-brewery. If possible take time to visit Aichi Farm in Nisshin City, Okazaki Castle and Hachou Miso no Sato. It is at the latter you can visit a fascinating museum offering fun facts about the 350-year history of “Japanese Miso”.

The Marriott Nagoya hotel and Hilton are always reliable, if pricey in Aichi-ken. A few more economical choices as places to stay might be the J Hotel Rinku, the Meitetsu Inn Nagoya Nishiki and the Dormy Inn Nagoya.
