Idaho Hotels United States

Idaho Idaho is a landlocked state in the northwestern United States of America. It shares boundaries with the Canadian Province of British Columbia in the north, Washington in the northwest, Oregon in the southwest, Nevada and Utah in the south, Wyoming in the southeast, and Montana in the northeast. However, the network of dams and locks along the Columbia River and Snake River make the city of Lewiston the farthest inland seaport on the west coast of the continental USA. Idaho is mainly a mountainous state, with a rugged landscape and some of the largest unspoiled natural areas in the US. It is a Rocky Mountain State with plentiful natural resources and scenic areas, with snow-capped mountain ranges, rapids, huge lakes and steep canyons.

The waters of Snake River rush through Hells Canyon, the deepest canyon in the US. Idaho has many attractions from family friendly fun, wilderness adventure and fun night spots. Recreational opportunities include 17 ski resorts, water parks, mountainbiking trails, sand dunes to climb, and many lakes and streams for the fishing enthusiast.

There is boating in Hells Canyon and music and nightlife in Boise- as well as the Boise River Greenbelt pedestrian and biking path. Or visitors can have a trip to a wine tasting in Caldwell.
