Union Territory of Delhi Hotels India

The Union Territory of Delhi is a large metropolis situated in northern-central India. It covers the city of Delhi itself as well as all of its more suburban areas. In the region known as New Delhi, Connaught Place has a large shopping market. Its buildings are a mixture of modern and historical, for example, the modern Lotus Temple is set close to the village of Hauz Khas, which has many tombs and burial sites. A great view of the city can be got from visiting the large observatory at Jantar Mantar and the nearby Rail Transport Museum offers many children’s activities.

Strangely, here you will also find the Sulabh International Museum of Toilets. New Delhi is also the proud home of the Indira Gandhi Memorial Museum, which displays photographs and has extensive botanical gardens where guests can sit peacefully. The National Zoological Park is a great place for families as it is large and will provide a full day out.

Old Delhi has many traditional shops and market squares as well as more historical sites than New Delhi, as it has been inhabited much longer. The Union Territory of Delhi has hundreds of hotels in its midst, including the Mantra Amaltas Hotel, which offers a wide range of room sizes, therefore suiting most budgets. The hotel has a long list of amenities and facilities, such as a gym, business centre, free parking, and disabled facilities.

The hotel is situated in New Delhi on a quiet street but still within walking distance of the local shops and amenities. Rooms are spacious, clean and modern, providing guests with a comfortable environment. The four-star Shanti Home Hotel is also located in New Delhi and runs many special offers, providing great value for money.

The hotel’s restaurant is situated on its rooftop, giving guests spectacular views across the city. It serves both local and multi-national cuisine so there is something to suit everybody’s taste. Delhi and its surrounding towns and villages have a wide variety of places to enjoy evening entertainment, including bar lounges and cafes that are open until very late.

Hotels also often provide entertainment for guests.
